Job Description - Occupational Health Advisor

KC Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in the Heathrow area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about workplace health and employee wellbeing.

Key duties of the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:

Provide high-quality occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments
Advise managers and employees on health, wellbeing, and return-to-work strategies
Promote a positive health and safety culture within the workplace
Maintain accurate records in line with professional and legal standards

Key duties of the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:

Registered Nurse (NMC) with an Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) or significant experience in an OH role
Strong experience in case management, particularly around sickness absence
Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident working both autonomously and as part of a team

Key Information about the Occupational Health Advisor role includes:

£42,000 per annum
25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with entitlement increasing over
