In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Nurse to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.

Role Overview

Sitting within People Services, this role supports the health, wellbeing and attendance of Carnival UK colleagues. Working with individuals, line managers, People teams and external healthcare providers, you will provide specialist occupational health advice, support effective returns to work and help remove health-related barriers.

This pivotal role will involve:

• Delivering a shoreside occupational health service that supports colleague health, wellbeing, attendance and sustainable returns to work.
• Providing evidence-based physical and mental health advice to colleagues and line managers through effective case management.
• Advising on occupational health legislation and best practice while monitoring trends and identifying opportunities to reduce sickness-related costs.
• Supporting measurable wellbeing initiatives and working with external providers to optimise colleague health and attendance.
   

This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

Your unique background and skills are what will make you stand out. We're looking for:

• Current RGN or RMN qualification.
• Significant post-registration experience and proven occupational health experience.
• Experience managing absence cases and providing evidence-based advice on health in relation to work.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and external healthcare providers.
