Occupational Health Manager

Our client are a major public sector organisation, and they seek to recruit a Band 7 full time Fitness For Work Team Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Services, the successful candidates main duties to include:

·Provides leadership and management of the Fitness for Work Team across the two sites.

·Manages the delivery of a safe, professional, effective and efficient EHW fitness for work service to the organisation and to external clients.

·Provides specialist advice in all areas of fitness for work assessments in line with best practice and Legislation.

·Liaises with other specialists (internal and external) in the management of fitness for work assessments.

·Undertakes clinical audit programmes and service evaluation.

·Supports the delivery of Health & Wellbeing plans across the organisation.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be a registered nurse who holds an OH qualification and experience with fitness for work assessments and managing a team.
