Occupational Therapist

The role is either full-time or part-time. Whilst the work is mainly based in the South East of England, they welcome applications from across the UK. 

Established for nearly 50 years, this British manufacturer of innovative posture and mobility solutions are recruiting. They work closely with the NHS, specialist schools, child development centres and families across the UK.

THE ROLE:

• No two days the same! Your clinical knowledge will be key in shaping and supporting our range of seating and mobility products
• Carrying out holistic assessments to ensure individuals receive the most appropriate and effective equipment for their needs.
• Working alongside our R&D team to support product development, including field trials and feedback reporting.
• Producing evidence-based case studies that highlight the clinical value and real-world benefits of our solutions.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, ideally with experience in posture and mobility, wheelchair seating, or specialist education settings.
• Comfortable working independently, but also keen to contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• A thoughtful communicator who understands the importance of evidence-based practice and clear clinical reasoning.
• A keen interest in clinical research, the latest developments, and working to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
