Job Description - Occupational Therapist Hull

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Locality Teams at Warehouse 8 in Hull. This is a full-time locum role with flexibility around working hours. Candidates must be office-based for at least two days per week, with a preference for three to four days to support team collaboration.


What will your responsibilities be?



  • Carry out holistic assessments and interventions within adult social care

  • Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Support independence through equipment provision, adaptations, and reablement

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with statutory guidance


Qualifications & Experience:



  • HCPC registration

  • Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist in adult social care

  • Occupational Therapy Degree

  • Ability to work independently and flexibly

  • Strong communication and assessment skills
