Occupational Therapy Skills Needed

Are you an Occupational Therapist, OT graduate or therapy professional looking to apply your skills in a school setting? Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to support a Reception pupil within a primary school in the Fawdon area.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting a Reception pupil throughout the school day.
Assisting the child to access learning and classroom activities.
Encouraging independence and confidence within daily routines.
Supporting sensory, social and emotional development.
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
Who We're Looking For

Occupational Therapists, OT graduates or therapy assistants.
Individuals with knowledge of child development and SEND.
Professionals who can adapt support to meet individual needs.
Caring and patient individuals who enjoy working with young children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
