Are you a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor looking for a new opportunity? This could be the perfect role for you!

Our client, a rapidly growing and well-established energy consultancy, is seeking a motivated OCDEA to join their team at their office location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking business.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Experience writing sustainability reports and strategies is highly desirable
• Familiarity with planning processes and Part L building regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out SAP and SBEM calculations
• Producing sustainability and energy statements for planning applications
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
