Details:
Salary: 28k - 33k dependent on experience
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0900-1730hrs

Responsibilities:
Arranging Ocean Freight shipments from worldwide origins and to worldwide destinations.
Arranging collections and deliveries with Hauliers and Transport Team.
Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
Providing excellent customer service skills to customers.
Handling order traces, checking BOLs, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices/ agents.
Completing export customs entries.
Experience at communicating with Shipping Lines and Transport Companies.
Experience with CNS or Destin8.
