Ocean Export Supervisor - Feltham - Up to £45,000

An established freight forwarding business is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Supervisor to join its team.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day Ocean Export operations, supporting and developing the team, managing customer requirements and driving operational improvements.

Location: Feltham, UK

Salary: Up to £45,000

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: (Apply online only) - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the Ocean Export team.
Manage workloads and ensure customer procedures are followed.
Support quotations and new business transitions.
Build strong relationships with customers, shipping lines and suppliers.
Monitor operational performance and identify process improvements.
Support team development, training and performance.
Assist with compliance and departmental targets.

About You

Strong Ocean Export experience within freight forwarding.
Previous supervisory or senior-level experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience coaching and developing team members.
