Duties include:
- Bookings with customers
- Managing pre-alerts
- Monitoring vessel arrival / departure times
- Updating customers
- Preparing customs documents for clearance
- Creating invoices
- Dealing with supplier bookings
- FCL / LCL
- Billing customers
