What You Will Achieve
- Lead the design, development and deployment of zero-code and low-code AI agents and workflow automations (e.g., Microsoft Cowork, Copilot Studio, Power Automate) for teams and processes across External Supply, and drive colleague upskilling and adoption of AI for personal productivity and Continuous Improvement (deep technical / AI engineering background is not required).
- Provide AI support to the Business facing OE & COE colleagues supporting ES Clusters and/or Pfizer Center One (PC1)
- Lead/Support/Coach Tier 1 AI solutions in the ES Clusters and/or Pfizer Center One (PC1)
- Support identification of AI opportunities that enhance colleague & process effectiveness for ES Clusters / PC1 / CMO and support functions
- Build individual AI capabilities at the ES Clusters, PC1 and selected CMOs
- Support a global AI program across External Supply in alignment with the ES/S&OE Strategies
- Lead/support ES Strategies and T5 Initiatives
- Contribute to the ES S&OE team in devising & implementing the AI Strategy
- Passionate and competent in using AI for Continuous Improvement
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with at least 7+ years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 6+ years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 2+ years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting business operations in the Contract Manufacturing business
- Demonstrated proficiency applying personal productivity AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot/Cowork, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate) to solve business or operational problems, with evidence of measurable outcomes (formal AI certification a plus; deep technical / AI engineering background is not required). Minimum of 5 AI Agents developed, deployed and in use by business teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a broad range of AI tools and solutions
- Incumbent must be fluent both written and verbally in English.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Master's degree
- Capability in Lean Six Sigma tools and/or desire to grow Lean & Six Sigma capabilities to further drive continuous improvement
- Proven track record of leading diverse cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Recognized AI Certification a plus
- Experience with integrating Microsoft 365, Power Platform or similar tools with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce) to surface insights and trigger actions across systems
- Active engagement with emerging AI capabilities, with the judgement to evaluate and apply them responsibly at scale
- Proven skills in managing large scale initiatives
- Demonstrated coaching skills
- Ability to define, evaluate and recommend AI-related improvement opportunities across the business to achieve and sustain improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and / or lead diverse teams,
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Adaptable to work priorities in response to complex and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to navigate ES organization and operate in a multicultural environment
- Develop and execute strategies with minimal guidance
