Job Description - Off Plan Conveyancer

Off-Plan Conveyancer

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000

Hybrid Working

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Off-Plan Conveyancer to join our growing property team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full process of off-plan conveyancing, from instruction to post-completion.
Liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
Conduct thorough title checks and prepare all necessary legal documents.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring all conditions are met before exchange and completion.
Keep clients updated and handle any questions or concerns they may have.

What We’re Looking For:

1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing is essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong client care abilities, with the confidence to explain legal terms clearly.
Ability to manage a caseload and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with case management systems.
