Job Description - Office Admin Assistant

We are in search of a motivated Office Admin Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at Think Specialist Recruitment in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Office Admin Assistant role based in Chesham, offering the chance to join a small but growing team and company who are leaders in their industry and expecting to grow in 2024, a company that really take care of their staff and offer fantastic support and training as well as opportunities.

This is a full time and permanent role, please note this is a fully office-based position.

This team operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with an hours lunch.

This position would be ideal for someone that is a graduate in English, Law, History, Business, or anything where you've picked up good written skills, computer skills etc., but this would also be a great role for someone with office experience.

The salary for this role will be £23,000 to £25,000 and offers a number of fantastic benefits which include 23 days leave which increases over time, enhanced pension scheme, private health insurance and more, as well as lots of work socials, voucher schemes, employee of the month, foodie clubs and more.

What does the day-to-day look like?

The key task of this role is to support the in-house Reports Team, you will be responsible for producing report templates for client reports. The role involves the understanding of handling key information and transferring it, producing documentation, general administrative tasks and more!

What do we need from you?

Due to the nature of the role detailed above, you will need to be articulate, have excellent communication skills and be able to work off your own initiative whilst being a key member of a small team. Attention to detail is a hugely important thing in this role as you're dealing with legal documents daily.

Due to the location of the offices, you will ideally be a driver to be able to get to the offices, although there are some good public transport links within Chesham and the surrounding areas.
