What you will do in your working day

• General Office Administration,
• Telephone Receptionist and call handling,
• Creating Processing, Collation, Distribution & Filing of paperwork,
• General Form Filling,
• Liaising with Engineers & Clients
• Post
• MOT and Service booking for all vehicles.
• Creating purchase orders for our clients.

The training you will be getting

• The apprentice will acheive a Business Administration Level 3 qualification on succesfully completing the apprenticeship.
• Functional Skills in maths, if required.
• The apprenticeship will be delivered online via monthly tutorial workshops with your asigned tutor.
• All internal training will be ongoing delivered by the office manager and her team.
• You will be allocated time on a weekly basis to complete your apprenticeship tasks within your work hours.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• On completion of the apprenticeship a full time role will be available.
• This is a small run business that will offer further opportunities if they arise to all employees.
