A rare opportunity has opened up to join a small but well established business in Kimpton as an Office Administrator.
Operating in a large scale industry, they provide their customers with high quality and fairly niche products, backed up with strong technical support.
Joining a team of five office staff, you will be responsible for a whole range of service based administration.
It is essential that you have a background in administration, ideally including sales admin / scheduling.
A salary of 30k is being offered with a 10% profit related annual bonus.
Other benefits include a higher than average holiday allowance and an early Friday finish.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator
• Handle telephone calls confidently
• Maintain documents, records, and files using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive, Word, and Excel.
• Collaborate with team members, prioritising workloads effectively in a busy environment.
• Scheduling engineer visits
• Quoting & ordering parts
• Invoicing
• Raise Purchase Orders and Sales Orders on Word templates
• Liaise with the supplier and the customer on all aspects of the sale to include invoicing, payment schedules, booking the shipping
• Up-dating Access with all new machines
• Liaising with Service and booking installation of new machines
