Job Description - Office Administrator

Location - Currently Oldham, relocating to Trafford Park in the next 12 months

Kilkern Specialist Labour hire has an envied reputation for the quality of our workers. We specialise in the safety critical transportation sector including highways, rail, water and utilities. Our workers are employed with blue chip clients on major civil engineering projects and long term frameworks throughout the UK.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

This role involves working between two departments providing admin for the recruitment team and the accounts office.

Logging candidates onto databases
Answering Telephone
Reference checking
Organising training
Compliance paperwork
Excel based data entry
Purchase invoices using sage 50 accounting software
Credit control
General accounts admin
