Your responsibilities as Office Administrator

Welcome clients and visitors, manage incoming calls and assist with appointments and diaries
Handle straightforward enquiries while ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service
Prepare and format documents, including audio and copy typing, scanning and electronic filing
Maintain accurate information using the case management system and manage records for archived files, Wills and Deeds
Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, courier deliveries, stationery, refreshments and general office supplies
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partners, fee earners and the wider team to keep the office running smoothly
What we’re looking for in an Office Administrator

Previous administration, reception, customer service or office support experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce accurate documents and maintain records
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and experience dealing with clients or customers
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Legal or professional services experience, case management software knowledge, audio typing or a Business Administration qualification would be advantageous
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
