The position entails managing sales orders and coordinating product dispatch. Additionally, responsibilities include scheduling daily driver shifts, invoicing, and maintaining TMS records. Collaboration with production to monitor stock levels and facilitate product dispatch is also required.

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Effective organization and interpersonal abilities are essential. Previous experience in administrative and customer-oriented roles is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, while familiarity with the AS400 System is preferred.
