Job Description - Office Administrator

Sinclair is now looking for a Office Administrator to support the Legal and Compliance teams with general administrative duties.

Location: Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 at home, Lakeside, Chester Business Park, Cheshire, CH4 9QT

Description
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities
• Proactive
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Stakeholder management skills (chasing for documents/information and managing expectations)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Sharepoint (especially Word and Excel)

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the receipt of work that comes from the business globally, to triage and allocate it within the team, including leading weekly work allocation calls
• Managing invoices from external providers
• Keeping the external lawyers’ record of advice, costs and contact sheet up to date
• Assisting with population of simple template contracts under the supervision of other lawyers in the team
• Assisting the lawyers in the team with compiling presentations and training
• General administrative tasks such as filing emails, organisation of shared files, formatting documents, photocopying, printing and posting documents
• Arranging for the signature of documents, including use of DocuSign, and arranging for documents to be legalised/notarised, when required
• Assisting with administrative tasks relating to the business’s trade mark portfolio such as filing certificates and gaining evidence of use from the business
• Potential for growth within the role (dependent on performance) to include additional tasks such as legal research
