Office Administrator

We here at Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking an Office Administrator for a well-established leading Wealth Management company in Swindon. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing an effective high level secretarial and administrative service to advisors, managing directors, and the internal teams.
If you have previous administrator experience and are looking to join a professional, nurturing business. The ideal candidate will need to have a high level of organisational skills, have had experience within a similar role and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities for this Office Administrator will include:
Plan advertiser diaries and ensure that diaries are accurately updated.
Reply to email queries accordingly within 48 hours and send email confirmations.
Answering the phone and resolving queries and making efficient notes.
Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are maintained and up to date.
Call clients and book meetings for advisors.
Sending email confirmations.
Manage contractors.
Book restaurants when required and collect lunches for advisors when required.
Any Ad – Hoc administration for TA's
Scanning, Filing and directing post.
