As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing an effective high level secretarial and administrative service to advisors, managing directors, and the internal teams. Key responsibilities for this Office Administrator will include: Plan advertiser diaries and ensure that diaries are accurately updated. Reply to email queries accordingly within 48 hours and send email confirmations. Answering the phone and resolving queries and making efficient notes. Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are maintained and up to date. Call clients and book meetings for advisors. Sending email confirmations. Manage contractors.
