Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are looking for an Office Administrator to join our client from Weymouth, on a part-time bases.
The right candidate will possess good administrative and computer skills, excellent customer services, and telephone manner, be confident and compassionate in their approach with the clients. Able to work alone for periods of time as the directors are not in the all the times.
Duties:
- sending out estimates and chasing for their signatures.
- handling petty cash for the office and keeping accurate books with receipts.
- production of invoices and the sequent chasing for payment.
- keep the office and areas clean, neat and tidy,
- try to promote the business at all time withing the local community.
