Role & Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls, assisting where possible and passing calls onto other departments Accurately record information on the system Effectively manage your workload Deal with customer requests in a timely manner Book appointments Carry out all administrative duties when required
Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent telephone manner Experience working on Microsoft platforms Competent with CRM systems Great written skills Hard-working and ambitious
Package: Up to £30,000 depending on experience Annual leave + many other excellent benefits Office Administrator - £25,000 - £30,000 - Farringdon
