Job Description - Office Administrator/ PA

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/PA - this is a busy and varied role working for a successful and growing business. Below is an overview of some of the tasks you will support with:

  • Providing PA support to Directors in the business
  • Managing diaries, arranging and confirming meetings
  • Booking travel and accommodation as needed
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager
  • Ordering supplies for the office as needed
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
  • Supporting with HR administration and preparation of payroll

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are well organised and take pride in doing a good job, are able to use your own initiative to solve problems and able to communicate well with a variety of people.
