Office Administrator (Real Estate)
Location: Little Venice, London, NW6 (Maida Vale)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
(Please note there is work on one Saturday every three weeks: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm)
Please note that we are ideally looking for candidates who have prior property experience.
Join a leading residential property company with offices across North London as we seek a vibrant and efficient Office Administrator to join their dynamic team in Little Venice. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting both the sales and lettings departments, providing essential administrative assistance to keep their operations running smoothly.
Overview:
We're looking for someone with strong typing skills, impeccable grammar, and proofreading abilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, motivated, and capable of thriving under pressure. If you're someone who can meet deadlines, work autonomously with initiative, and has excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly telephone manner, you're exactly who we're looking for.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must, and prior experience in property or administration would be a huge advantage. Most importantly, we're seeking a team player with strong customer relations and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales and Lettings Team with various administrative tasks.
- Utilise the CRM systems to upload property details and client information.
- Type and dispatch
valuation/instruction
letters and other relevant documents.
- Maintain and update property lists, details, and window cards.
- Keep the reception area well-stocked with property magazines.
- Manage weekly stationery orders via the online system.
- Update the company website with property details as required.
- Assist with advertising by preparing and proofreading adverts for publications.
- Coordinate photography, floor-plans, and necessary statutory documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and distribution.
- Undertake general administration duties and canvassing tasks.
- Manage property files and coordinate the creation or removal of property boards.
- Oversee the gas safety and electrical safety system, including arranging inspections and chasing certificates.
- Administer tenancy renewals and associated paperwork.
