Office and Accounts Executive

Are you an experienced Office and Accounts Executive looking for a hands on role in a varied business environment. We're working with a privately owned multi-faceted group that provides a diverse array of services to the construction industry based in Thirsk.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all supplier invoices, match delivery tickets and enter onto EQUE2 Construct and SAGE.
• Follow up on disputed invoices and liaise with suppliers.
• Customer Invoicing.
• Collate all timesheets from various sites and subcontractor invoices, complete a weekly summary and liaise with accounts department.
• Provide key accounts and finance support to a busy and expanding division.
• Manage Groundworks customer service queries and following up on any outstanding customer cares for clients on a weekly basis.
• Collate monthly stock checks from all sites.

Hours

Full time, Permanent

Salary

£28,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience of SAGE Line 50.
• Knowledge of Eque2 Construction software is advantageous.
• Location - Thirsk Office based.
• Proven experience in a similar finance role is desirable and experience within the Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Construction sectors is preferable
