Job Description - Office and Events Coordinator

Job Description

Do you have a customer service, hospitality or events background and are looking to move into an office-based role? Then PaperCut want to hear from you! As the Office and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and the successful execution of events.

Reporting to the Senior People Experience Partner, this is a full-time, 5 days a week office-based role, based in our Bracknell office.

Some of the things you'll do...

  • You'll oversee the daily office operations, ensuring the office, cafe and coffee machine are clean and restocked.

  • You will ensure the health and safety of employees and visitors in the office.

  • You will support and help coordinate in-office events, both internal and externally facing.

  • You'll support our new starter onboarding, working with the People Experience and Talent teams to provide a smooth experience.

  • You will also play a support role to our local Head of Sales and Channel, including diary, travel and expense management.

A little about you...

  • You have experience working in a customer-facing role, such as customer care or hospitality, and enjoy providing excellent service to others.

  • You like to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, and are happy to support them with their queries.

  • You can coordinate events, including managing set up, pack down and logistics.

  • You are looking to kick-start your career in an office-based environment.
