Office & Factory Cleaner - Nightshift

Currently, we are seeking an Office & Factory Cleaner for our nightshift to ensure that both our office spaces and production areas are impeccable for our team every day. Your role will be vital in providing a safe and clean working environment, enabling us to continue our commitment to quality production.

In this important position, you'll focus on thorough cleaning tasks that support both the administrative and production side of our business. Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to hygiene will help us maintain the high standards our reputation is built upon.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning activities in factory and office areas during the nightshift, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used appropriately and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning operations.
• Follow the established cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to uphold cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Details

• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday / 22:00 - 06:00
• Rate of Pay: £12.29/hour plus a £1 shift allowance
• Enhanced overtime rate available

• Previous cleaning experience, especially in an industrial or office environment, is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Able to work independently during the nightshift and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues and working alongside team members.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that include lifting and moving equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices related to cleaning and sanitation.
