Job Description - Office & Operations Administrator - Up to 30K

Job Title: Office & Operations Coordinator
Location: Outskirts of Arundel
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client, who is looking to onboard an Office & Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding client service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the smooth delivery of multiple workstreams from start to finish.
  • Maintain clear oversight of ongoing schedules, documentation, and operational tasks.
  • Utilise workflow management tools to track progress and allocate responsibilities.
  • Build strong communication lines with clients, internal teams, and third-party contacts.
  • Ensure a high standard of service by effectively managing expectations and addressing queries.
  • Review technical and operational details to ensure service standards are met.
  • Support the efficient use of resources by managing team availability and avoiding conflicts.
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement practical solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all reporting and correspondence.
