We're recruiting on behalf of a successful, family-owned business looking for an experienced, hands-on Office & Sales Operations Manager to become an integral part of their close-knit team.

This isn't a corporate environment with rigid processes and layers of management. It's a friendly, down-to-earth business where everyone rolls up their sleeves, supports one another and genuinely enjoys working together. They're looking for someone with a positive attitude and the confidence to turn their hand to whatever needs doing.

No two days will be the same.

The Role

You'll be the central hub of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing invaluable support to the Directors and a team of field-based professionals and demonstrators.

From coordinating travel and organising trade shows to supporting the sales team with administration and keeping the office running efficiently, you'll enjoy a varied role where your organisational skills will make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

* Managing the day-to-day running of the office

* Supporting the sales team with administration and coordination

* Booking UK and international travel, hotels and itineraries

* Organising exhibitions, trade shows and customer events

* Assisting the Directors with business support where needed

* Coordinating diaries and meetings when required

* Liaising with customers, suppliers and external partners

* Helping improve office processes and keeping everything running efficiently

* Being the person everyone relies on to keep things moving

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in making things happen.

You'll likely have experience in an office management, operations, business support or sales support role and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a calm, proactive approach.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

* Loves being organised and staying one step ahead

* Is proactive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed

* Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Is practical, resourceful and solutions-focused
