Office and Warehouse Coordinator (Temporary - Permanent)

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £35,000-£40,000

Role Overview
As the Office and Warehouse Coordinator, you will be a key player in maintaining an efficient and productive office atmosphere. Your responsibilities will range from operational support to administrative tasks, all while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Operations Coordination & Warehouse Management:
- Issue weekly staff movement schedules for the Southern Region.
- Provide vital administrative support, including client correspondence and project documentation.
- Prepare and maintain project site folders and contract documentation.
- Manage warehouse stock, including PPE and operational materials, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation.
- Coordinate stock movements and deliveries related to operational activities.
- Maintain accurate COSHH and waste management records.
General Administration:
- Support the Operational Lead and management team with administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, ensuring a professional office environment.
- Oversee office facilities, including meeting rooms and utilities, to ensure smooth operations.
- Raise purchase requisitions and manage office supplies and services.
- Organise meetings, travel, and employee events while supporting HR administration.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities to effectively liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience in database management.
Previous experience in Warehouse or Logistics roles
