Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Estimator, you will:

• Prepare initial cost estimates for installations and develop price schedules and bid proposals.
• Assist with projects based on blueprints, drawings, and other reference materials.
• Compile estimates of labour and material costs
• Assist clients in making informed decisions
• Communicate with suppliers for materials and services
• Forecast project timelines and ensure all estimates are accurate and detailed.
• Maintain organised documentation and records of estimates, contracts, and project costs for future reference.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
