A market-leading trading firm is seeking an exceptional Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and traders. This is a dynamic role at the center of a fast-paced trading environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, video conferences and travel arrangements
Prepare professional presentations, reports, memos, procedures and process documentation
Make detailed travel arrangements domestically and internationally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and queries
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
Liaise with internal teams
Anticipate needs and proactively manage upcoming deadlines and priorities
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree preferred
