Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Coulsdon Surrey. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone etiquette, communicating with clients and colleagues, and operating office equipment. The Office Assistant will also need to possess strong clerical skills to support the smooth running of daily office operations.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in operating office equipment
Strong clerical skills for organizing and managing documents
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Workings hours
Monday To Friday 8.00am To 17.00pm
