This is a dynamic role at the center of a fast-paced trading environment.Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, video conferences and travel arrangementsPrepare professional presentations, reports, memos, procedures and process documentationMake detailed travel arrangements domestically and internationallyHandle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and queriesCoordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and eventsLiaise with internal teamsAnticipate needs and proactively manage upcoming deadlines and prioritiesRequirements:Attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachBachelor's degree preferred
