Job Description - Office Coordinator

Meraki Talent are working with an established Financial Services firm. They are looking for an organised, proactive candidate with proven experience within an Office Support/Coordinator role. 

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Support with general admin duties such as filing, document handling and data entry
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation 
  • Assist with coordinating events 
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures
  • Act as First Aider and Fire Warden
  • Support with internal communications
Person Spec:
  • Proven experience in a similar office support role within professional services
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail 
  • MS Office proficient
