Are you an organised, proactive individual who enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly?
We're working with a well-established construction business in Plymouth to recruit an Office Coordinator to become an integral part of their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same, supporting both office operations and live construction projects.
The Role
As Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the business, supporting project teams and coordinating essential administrative functions.
Responsibilities include:
*
Coordinating training bookings and maintaining health & safety records.
*
Scheduling vehicle MOTs, servicing and maintenance appointments.
*
Ordering office supplies and site materials.
*
Scheduling jobs and coordinating diaries.
*
Processing expenses and providing general administrative support.
*
Assisting with document control and maintaining accurate project documentation.
*
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office operations.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
*
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
*
Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors.
*
Experienced using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
*
Able to work independently while supporting a busy team.
*
Full Driving License Required
*
Previous experience in a similar Office Coordinator, Office Manager or Construction Administrator role would be advantageous.
