Job Description - Office Coordinator & Concierge - Historical Building

Office Coordinator & Concierge

City of London - Fully Site Based

9am - 5pm

£45,000 - £48,000 *DOE

Are you passionate about client service and creating memorable experiences? Our client is a passionate and forward-thinking membership organisation dedicated to education and philanthropy. We are seeking the welcome face for the organisation, this role will be pivotal in enhancing their members experience and being the core support for the team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people and have an interest in history, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist members and guests upon arrival into the building and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with any inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage bookings for events, meetings, and spaces within the hall.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of all activities.
  • Uphold security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  • Share knowledge about the organisation and its offerings to enhance member experience.
  • Support the senior team with maintenance and facilities duties.
  • Daily administrative and secretarial tasks, to support the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent*
  • A friendly, personable, professional, team player, with a passion for customer service.
  • MUST have previous high-end/luxury hospitality experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
