Job Description - Office Coordinator - Up 28k

Office Coordinator - Brighton
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to £28k

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly?
Office Angels are looking for a confident Office Coordinator to join a busy and friendly office team based in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied role where no two days are the same.

About the Role:
As the Office Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring the office environment is welcoming, professional, and well maintained. You'll also support key departments across the business with a range of administrative tasks. Reporting to both the HR and Compliance teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general upkeep and maintenance coordination across multiple locations
  • Assisting with workplace health, safety, and compliance-related duties
  • Providing administrative support to team members, including document preparation and proofreading
  • Contributing to internal projects and process improvements across departments
  • Helping with basic finance-related tasks and expense approvals
  • Managing office supplies and general resource needs
  • Handling day-to-day communications and general enquiries
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong administrative experience and multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Clear and confident communication across all levels
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks
  • Health and Safety knowledge is desirable but full training will be provided
