Our client is a leading property company looking for an office coordinator / office manager with a good understanding of H&S requirements in the workplace. There will be plenty of other office administration such as taking responsibility for any general office equipment that needs servicing or is faulty… and you should be used to lots of interruptions from colleagues as you’ll be “the go to person”.
They want a friendly, pro-active candidate who takes pride in their work, has a steady work record and who can embrace the needs of both their colleagues and visitor… and has an I will sort it out approach.

This position is a general office coordinator/office manager role so you don’t need an in-depth knowledge of H&S legislation, as you’ll be working with a health and safety specialist, but you do need an awareness of the H&S requirements of working in an office and experience in helping achieve the required compliance.
