Office Junior/Administrator
Wellingborough
Hours - Monday to Friday full time
Salary - £21-23k DOE

My client, an established company based in Wellingborough are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members.
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments for our installation teams.
Maintain and update company databases.
Support the office staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and distribute communications such as memos, emails, and other correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

About you …

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous office experience is not required.
