The Role

• Carry out general ad-hoc administrative duties as required
• Liaise with the facilities and maintenance team to coordinate tasks and manage requests
• Work with the front of house team to organise cover when needed
• Ensure office supplies are regularly replenished
• Coordinate all essential resources and allocate them according to business needs

Key Skills

• Previous customer service or office-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Strong general administrative skills
