Job Description - Office Manager

My client is globally respected real estate consultancy with an incredible reputation in the market, known for being one of the best places to work in Real Estate, having great ethics and being an innovative market leader.  They are looking for an experienced Office Manager (Sales & Lettings Coordinator) to join their busy team in one of their high performing South West London offices. 

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commission + Excellent benefits
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Mon - Fri
Location: Stunning offices in South West London

Are you an organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment? We’re looking for a confident Office Manager / Team Administrator to join a high-performing team in the heart of Nine Elms. If you're ready to bring your energy, precision, and people skills to a role that keeps a thriving office running smoothly—this could be your next big opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Supporting a dynamic sales team with day-to-day admin and operations
  • Managing inboxes, calls, and messages on behalf of the team
  • Coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Handling document prep, file management, and correspondence
  • Registering new enquiries and producing sales materials
  • Updating CRM systems and overseeing sales documentation
  • Organising client events and managing due diligence processes (AML/KYC)
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and digital property listings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Managing photo bookings, brochures, and window displays
  • Ensuring efficient office systems and IT support
Ideal skills & Attributes:
  • Previous experience in estate agency or real estate admin
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and front-of-house skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with property portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, etc., is a plus
