The Role: Office Manager

Gillespie Recruitment is thrilled to partner with the number one estate agent in Thirsk and Northallerton, providing honest, high-quality customer service for clients interested in buying, selling or letting their property.

As part of their expansion, they're recruiting an Office Manager, to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start each day with a morning meeting alongside the team.
  • Lead by example, driving and motivating team members to perform at their best.
  • Focus on identifying and implementing new business initiatives.
  • Actively prospect to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report performance figures regularly, always aiming to exceed KPIs.
  • Provide support with sales and lettings valuations during holiday periods.

Key Criteria:

  • Extensive experience in the estate agency industry.
  • Strong background in managing and motivating teams.
  • Proven ability to drive branch performance and meet/exceed monthly KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
