Job Description - Office Manager

Office Manager role based in Nottingham supporting a successful accountancy firm. This role is fully office based.

Client Details

My client is a well known accountancy firm based in Nottingham, looking for an Office Manager to join their busy team.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the managers/directors of organisation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Dealing with payroll.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, and direct them appropriately.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and milestones.
  • Ensure the office supplies are well-stocked and reorder as necessary.
  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • A background in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Can commute to Nottingham City Centre
