Job Description - Office Manager

Office Manager - Financial Services - Temporary Cover
up to £24 per hour
Must be available to start immediately

Meraki Talent are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is available immediately to provide temporary cover in August for a Financial Services the City.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a busy financial services office
Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and internal coordination
Act as the go-to person for general support across teams
Ensure smooth running of meetings, visitors, and administrative workflows
Coordinate any on-site requirements including health & safety protocols
Any other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally within tech, finance, or professional services)
Immediately available and able to commit dates in August
Confident, proactive, and able to hit the ground running with minimal handover
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
