Job Description - Office Manager


SUNOTEC is a leading European company in the development and construction of large-scale solar power plants, specialising in the end-to-end delivery of future-ready energy infrastructure. Through vertically integrated services, spanning engineering, manufacturing, construction, and operations, SUNOTEC offers complete solar solutions designed for performance, reliability, and long-term impact. Founded in 2012, the company has completed over 650 ground-mounted PV installations, with a total capacity exceeding 11 gigawatts. Headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria and Munich, Germany, with additional offices in Spain, United Kingdom and Denmark, SUNOTEC combines international expertise with local execution.


 


Expanding our UK operations, with a new office in Leicestershire, we are looking for an Office Manager.

Responsibilities:



  • Greets and assists visitors in a friendly, professional manner;

  • Maintains office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed;

  • Organizes and schedules meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;

  • Prepares and formats documents, reports, and presentations;

  • Maintains accurate records, databases, and filing systems;

  • Supports HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks;

  • Ensures the office environment is tidy, safe, and welcoming;

  • Performs various administrative tasks and assists company employees.


 


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role;

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills;

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
