Your responsibilities as Office Manager

Coordinate day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to Directors and managers
Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meetings, accommodation and visitor coordination
Prepare quotations, maintain spreadsheets, and support tender administration
Process documentation including filing, scanning, printing, binding and invoice administration
Monitor correspondence, distribute emails and manage incoming telephone calls and post
Maintain office supplies and provide general administrative support as required
What we're looking for in an Office Manager

Strong administrative and office coordination experience
Confident managing diaries, travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Experience preparing documents, quotations and maintaining accurate records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
