Our client is a market-leading UK manufacturer of fire & smoke protection systems, trusted by tier 1 contractors and developers.
A broad, hands-on role at the centre of a fast-growing, innovation-led SME. You will own the day-to-day running of the business: office administration, bookkeeping and financial reporting, HR and training, facilities, and internal IT including AI adoption - plus EA support to the Managing Director.

You will be responsible for efficient office operations, accurate financial and employee records, and making sure company systems operate effectively - including company accreditations (ISO, office health & safety), 3-year rolling budget forecasting and resource planning, and accounts and financial reporting including variance root cause analysis.
