Office manager

As our Workplace Concierge Lead, you will support the Workplace Lead in the day-to-day running, presentation and experience of the office, ensuring the workplace feels welcoming, spotless, functional and well looked after at all times.
This is a hands-on, service-led role focused on delivering an exceptional concierge-style visitor experience, maintaining high visual standards, supporting meeting rooms and office activity, and acting as a friendly first point of contact for staff, visitors and internal teams.
* Provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients and employees.
* Manage guest arrivals, access passes, sign-in processes and visitor enquiries with confidence and discretion.
* Prepare meeting rooms, reception areas and shared spaces to a consistently high presentation standard.
* Support client meetings, tours, pitches and events, anticipating requirements and responding to last-minute requests.
* Coordinate catering for breakfasts, lunches, meetings, hospitality and events, including supplier timings and deliveries.
* Maintain refreshment areas, tea points and catering spaces so they remain clean, stocked and visually appealing.
* Monitor stock levels across refreshments, pantry supplies, stationery, consumables and hospitality items.
* Liaise with cleaning and housekeeping teams to address reactive requests and maintain high standards throughout the day.
* Monitor waste, recycling and shared areas, promoting a clean, organised and well-maintained workplace.
* Work proactively with the Workplace Lead and internal teams to deliver an exceptional, polished and well-organised workplace experience
