Our client, a leading law firm in Orpington, seeks an experienced Office Manager/HR Administrator with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for challenges.

The Office Manager/HR Administrator will oversee Human Resources and Administration within the firm. Providing day to day guidance to support staff relating to their duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in office management and within an HR department.
Highly motivated individual who enjoys challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to hold difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
Great eye for detail.
Ability to work calmly under pressure in an organized and efficient manner.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Experience in handling all aspects of the HR department, including screening candidates, making job offers, and managing grievances.

Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, including working with agents, placing ads, reviewing applications, and organising interviews.
Issue offer letters, contracts, and starter information; conduct welcome calls and obtain necessary checks.
Handle inductions, absences, wellbeing, and flexible working requests.
Administer legal compliance and assist with office management and business development.
